Making products that matter

Building a Toolkit of Support

Through years of working with children and young people, we’ve learned that coping strategies and support techniques don’t always work every time - and that’s completely normal.

The goal is to build a personal “Rolodex” of coping and support strategies: a collection of ideas and tools you can turn to when you need them. Sometimes the first thing you try will help; other times it might not, and that’s okay. What matters is having different approaches you can revisit and reuse as you grow and learn what works best for you.

If You’re Finding it Difficult

If you’re a parent or carer and you find that a product is bringing up questions or feels challenging to use, please know that you’re not alone. These resources are designed to be accessible and self-guided - everything you need will be included in the pack.

However, if you’re struggling emotionally or finding things difficult beyond the product itself, it might be helpful to seek additional support. You can find trusted places to reach out to under the signposting and support section of this page, these organisations can offer free, confidential help and guidance.

(Please note we’re not able to offer individual explanations or personal advice about how to use our products — but we hope the included guides will make everything clear and easy to follow.)

Focus

Emma's focus in  her work is on supporting children and young people as they grow, learn and navigate the world around them. Through coaching, guidance and tailored support, she helps them build essential skills such as confidence, self-awareness, self-esteem and resilience.

Resources for Parents and Young People

This page is designed to be a helpful space for parents, carers and young people. Here you’ll find extra tools, links and resources that support emotional wellbeing, learning and growth.

Overtime, we will be adding new materials, from helpful articles to creative exercises and extra information/resources on top of the information already included in our products that support emotional wellbeing, as well as links to places to external services that we have experience with and recommend.
