Beads of Regulation Bracelet

Self-regulation is how we recognise and manage our feelings, energy and behaviour. Everyone works on it - even adults. Some children need more support, and the beads on this bracelet are designed to be used as a fidget to ground them, a distraction or visual cue to act as a reminder or prompt. They can be used as a communication tool to others so both you, your child and other people can understand how your young person is feeling and what they could do to help.

This tool is recognised and used by schools, counsellors & therapists to support children and young people to build their emotional learning.

The zones help them identify how they feel and what they can do to manage those feelings. Using the same visuals at home and when learning or at School to keep things consistent.
